Details Cosmetic Nail reconstruction
In today’s foot health practices, damaged nails are a common concern among patients, often stemming from trauma, fungal infections, nail surgery, or various medical conditions. Details Dermal Filler of the feet
This course is open to all HCPC-registered Podiatrists with POM-A certification.
Hyaluronan and synthetic filler injections, typically combined with a local anesthetic, are used to enhance tissue volume in areas where elasticity has diminished. For instance, the soft tissue under the forefoot or heel may lose its padding, leading to joint pain (Metatarsalgia). Similarly, toe joints can develop bony prominences that contribute to corns and ulcers due to friction. In such cases, tissue fillers act as an internal cushion, helping to alleviate pain and prevent further damage for several months.
